I worked with Firefly to source T-shirts for a mass participation running event during the C19 pandemic. The customer service I experienced was brilliant and honestly Carol is one of the nicest suppliers I have ever come across. Despite there being so much back and forth Carol was always so polite, quick to respond, and seemed genuinely happy to help. She had great knowledge of the products and always communicated really clearly lead times and always managed expectations. I’d never worked with Firefly before but they were recommended through a contact, and I am so glad we worked with them. Quite simply Carol was fantastic, an absolute delight to work with and I look forward to working with her again.

Carol supplied us with Iceni Cycles branded merchandise and I couldn't recommend her more highly. Her communication skills are great and there's a nice human-element with her too which always helps. The ordering process was very straight-forward which was such a refreshing change as colours/logo/sizes etc. can turn into a nightmare but this was definitely not the case with Carol. The goods arrived within time schedule and the quality was excellent! The organic cotton hoodies for example are superbly printed and so comfortable to wear - I've got it on now as I write! I will definitely go back to Carol with future orders.

Working with Carol on a recent internal employee recognition project has been wonderful. From our initial conversations around what was required, budgets and timescales I just knew she ‘got it’. Carol helped refine exactly what would be right for this project and her proposal was spot on – I could have happily ordered each item she put forward! Carol kept close to the project throughout – great communication, particularly when navigating overseas duty taxes!

I recently put out a call for help as I had an idea as a thank you gift for my staff who have gone above and beyond in really difficult circumstances during the covid pandemic. I had seen the NHS superhero logo and wanted this on a pin badge.
